The following are created by TasticOz and protected by copyright:

• Editorial write-ups, venue descriptions and personal reviews written by our editors
• Curated travel guides, day-trip courses and recommended routes
• Original photographs taken by TasticOz
• Graphics, logo, wordmark and visual design of the Service
• The selection, arrangement and curation of listings

2. Third-Party Content

Some information and imagery on the Service originates from third parties — venue websites, official venue social accounts, mapping and place-data providers, news outlets, government sources and user submissions. That content remains the property of its respective owners and is not claimed by TasticOz.

We keep an internal source archive recording the origin URL, source type and licence status of externally sourced material, and photo attribution is shown alongside images where the source requires it.

3. User-Submitted Content

Reviews, comments and uploaded images submitted by members remain owned by their authors, who grant TasticOz a licence to display them within the Service.

4. Takedown Requests

If you believe content on TasticOz infringes your copyright or other rights, contact us at hello@tasticoz.com with the page URL, a description of the material and proof of your rights. We review and action valid requests promptly. You can also use the "Report an issue" button on content pages.

5. Permitted Use

You may share links to TasticOz pages and quote short excerpts with attribution. Bulk copying, scraping, republishing or commercial reuse of TasticOz original content without written permission is not allowed.
