    Legal seller and contracting party

    These Terms of Use ("Terms") apply to the TasticOz website and app ("the Service"), operated by Sangchan Yoo trading as TasticOz (ABN 34 390 709 434; "TasticOz", "we", "us"). Your contract for use of the Service is with Sangchan Yoo trading as TasticOz. Membership purchases are resold by Paddle as described below. By continuing to use the Service you agree to these Terms. This document is provided for transparency and is pending formal legal review; it is not legal advice.

    1. Accounts

    • You may browse most content without an account. Saving bookmarks, building routes and posting reviews require an account.
    • You are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure and for activity on your account.
    • You may delete your account at any time from the Account page inside the app.

    2. Venue and Travel Information Disclaimer

    Restaurant, cafe, event, travel and life information on the Service — including prices, menus, opening hours, addresses, booking links and operating status — is collected from public sources, third-party services and our own editorial research. This information changes frequently and may be incomplete, outdated or inaccurate.

    Always confirm important details (opening hours, bookings, prices, dietary and allergy information, accessibility) directly with the venue before travelling or spending money. The Service is provided for general information only and is used at your own risk.

    3. User Content

    • You keep ownership of reviews, comments, routes and other content you submit.
    • You grant TasticOz a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute that content within the Service.
    • Do not post unlawful, misleading, defamatory, infringing or abusive content, and do not upload material you do not have the rights to.
    • We may remove content that breaches these Terms or is reported as inaccurate or infringing.

    4. Membership, Payments and Subscriptions

    Some features are limited to paid members (Monthly A$4.99 or Annual A$39.99, shown on our Membership page). Memberships renew automatically each billing period until cancelled, and you can cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the paid period.

    Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

    Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/checkout-buyer-terms) and our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

    5. Third-Party Links and Services

    The Service links to external sites such as venue websites, booking providers and map services. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability, pricing or privacy practices.

    6. Intellectual Property

    TasticOz original editorial content, curated guides, original photography, graphics and branding are owned by TasticOz. Third-party content (including photos, data and text supplied by external services or venues) remains the property of its owners. See the Copyright & IP Notice.

    7. Acceptable Use

    You must not misuse the Service. In particular, you must not use it for unlawful purposes, fraud or spam; infringe anyone's intellectual property; scrape, bulk-download, resell or republish the Service's content; attempt to bypass access controls; or interfere with the Service's operation or security (including malware, probing or vulnerability scanning).

    8. Suspension and Termination

    TasticOz may suspend or terminate your account or access to the Service, with or without notice, if you materially breach these Terms, fail to pay amounts due, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously violate our policies. You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time.

    9. Disclaimer and Liability

    The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law, and we do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law or other mandatory law that cannot be excluded.

    10. Changes to These Terms

    We may update these Terms. Changes are indicated by the effective date, last updated date and version number at the top of this page.
