One of Australia's oldest flower festivals, running since 1958, the 2026 event will be held from September 11th to October 5th. Over 80,000 tulips and seasonal blooms, hand-planted by volunteers, fill Corbett Gardens in the heart of Bowral. Open daily from 9:30 AM to 4:30 PM (last entry 4:00 PM), with extended hours until 5:30 PM from October 2nd to 4th.
During the festival, private gardens throughout the town open to the public, and tulips can also be seen at Leighton Gardens in Moss Vale. Located about a 1. 5-hour drive from Sydney; online pre-booking is highly recommended.
