    Sydney's biggest Japanese community festival, coming to Wentworth Park in early December

    Running since 2003, this is Sydney's premier celebration of Japanese culture. Held on the first Sunday of December at Wentworth Park, this one-day event features over 100 stalls serving authentic sushi, takoyaki, yakisoba, taiyaki, and ramen. The program is packed with Yosakoi dance, Taiko drumming, and karaoke, plus cosplay, kimono trials, and a Sake & Asahi beer garden.

    It’s a massive gathering for the local Japanese community. Free entry (stalls and raffles are paid).
